I don't get how guns are something bad, they have been part of our culture for a long time. We even have a unique long variation of the flintlock rifle during the 1600s. Along with that we had a thriving gunsmith community in the past. This materializes also in how we had a culture similar to americans in respect to us living mostly in country. We had to defend our flock, fight against bloodfued enemies, test our products to sell, etc.
