    Default How often should you do cardio?

    I do heavy cardio (1 hour bike riding) twice a week, and then I dance as a cow twice a week. Then twice a week I lift weights. Is that pretty good? Or should we do cardio everyday?

    So, two days go was my first day at gym, gym instructor told me to just do cardio for first 3 days.
    I was doing that 'Bike-riding' stuff, then I increased the level to 14, I thought I would be perfectly fine ,based on my previous experiences with actual bike.
    Well I was wrong...
    After 20 minutes of 'bike-riding', I had some weird pain on my legs and I was barely standing on my feet.

    I get a lot of exercise dancing around as a cow. But my body adjusts over time. Cardio can build muscle too. Bike riding is great for the legs.

    If you in good shape, twice a week but go intense

    I started running again in these weeks. also push ups, squatting, and sparring. I was pretty stressed out and unhealthy, also daily smoker which I quit last year. I think we should exercise as much as our time allows.
