    Too much cardio affect your hormone levels. 2 times per week it is enough. 10-15 mins of HIT cardio training and you are done.

    I really question this, but it helps since I don't like to do it everyday. I feel that 3x a week is sufficient .Interestingly , the human body benefits from a moderate amount of exercise, but extreme exercise is just as bad as none at all.

    I do swim 3x a week (for an hour) as my cardio exercise. I'm in it for general fitness, not for competition.

    I don't understand why anyone would run... it can only mean two things in a natural setting:

    1. You're running from a predator because you're stupid
    2. You're chasing an animal because you're a shitty hunter

    Not only does it lower testosterone, it also raises cortisol which ages you. Nature doesn't favor cardio freaks.

    Running is terrible on your knees and joints. People run heavy in their 20s will not be able to walk by 40. I think bike riding is better.
