I dont think that this particular case has anything to do with being PC. More like turks that want to make them self more asian then they are.

She has nothing to do with Turks. She was Scythian, i.e. Northern Iranic.

In dna tests it was revealed it is actually a dude. Also his y-dna was N1b if remember correctly.
