Germany + Austria + Switzerland + Netherlands + England + Sweden + Norway + Denmark + Iceland. I think that sounds good.

Too unrealistic, Unions between nations of the same ethnicity AND language are better. So only ethnic/cultural German countries would be my dream, but far from reality sadly.

Scandinavian, Brittish, Iberian, Balkan, East Slavic,Baltic etc

I know. I mean there are a lot of other ethnicities in Russia if you include Russia in East Slavic union.

Bulgaria has Turks and Gypsies.
Former Yugoslavia has Albanians, Gypsies and a small Turkish community.
Poland and Belarus also have minorities.
Slovakia has Hungarians.
Czechia has Germans.
Ukraine has Crimean Tatars and Karaites, Hungarians, Gagauz.
Russia? - North Caucasian peoples, Finno-Ugric peoples, Altaic peoples.
