So? I plot further south than some woggier types and I am pasty white. Also some other users who plot further north than me are darker. I don't think complexion necessarily has anything to do with how you plot.
I meant more basal I2 specifically. By the time Proto-Indo-Europeans were developed I2 was already so far widespread that some clades are in fact indo-european. Basal I2 however, I am pretty sure no one falls in that today. So all these "Paleo-European" are just Indo Europeans who descended from Paleo Indo-Europeans. Modern I1 I think you told me all traces back to a common ancestor 4000 years ago, so older I1 most probably doesn't exist in any living person today.
