They weren't, at least there is no single historical source that can confirm that claim. Not to mention that Vojislav's tested relative does not have close relatives among tested Croats, only among tested Serbs.

And that was not "common knowledge", at least not among serious historiographers. Maybe only among retarded politicians and tabloid journalists.
