Which makes Pushkin only 1/8 Black assuming his great grandfather was a pure Negro from the area of modern Cameroon which is the most widely accepted theory today. Although some historians still think he was from Ethiopia which is already a mixed race country. Regardless, Pushkin himself was 12.5% black at most and raised in a completely European culture.

Once again, you're being disingenuous. Some British aristocrats are descended from Pushkin, not the royal family. And, no all his living descendants are less than 1/64 black which is also less than any North African.

And Gannibal was not the Governor of a wide area of Russia or the Baltics. He was made superintendent of one city in Estonia.
