No, he is ethnic Croat and there is no indication of his foreign ancestry. And no, Croats are lighter than biggest minorites in Croatia today and those are Serbs and Gypsies.
There was assimilation of lighter western Slavs ad Hungarians in Panonnian Croatia (Germans not really except in cities, they were expelled), but there was also assimilation of much darker Italians and Albanians in coastal Croatia.

Anyway,the Subject here is eye pigmentantion between ethnic Moldovans vs.ethnic Croats which i found to be the same. No skin colour,hair colour,facial features or whatsoever.

My friend is Croat from Continental Croatia, place called Beliste with Slovak ancestors,and Vida father is fully local Slovak. They are from same village, and its well known thing in a local community.

Regarding Polish settlers, you had them over 20 000 during Habsburg era, lmao. Some have left, some remained. The only troll ( painfully bad though) here is you.
