They are all charming in their own way.

South Wales, I can barely make up what they say but I love it. I'm jaded when it comes to Irish though I like the Northern Irish accent and As far Scotland goes their accents overlap too heavily with their northern English neighbors, without Glasgow, the Scottish accents would fail to outshine the York, Mancunian & Geordie accent all of which have lots of character.

Many welsh people don't have accents any more. The diversity of accents in Britain is truly dying, in places like Bristol today you will be hard pressed to find people with much of a west country accent unless you speak to people who are very working class or farmers.

Most people in the Midlands, North and Scotland still have regional accents to varying degrees. But I agree that West Country is rapidly dying even in Devon and Cornwall, let alone Bristol. As for Wales, the ones who don't have much if any Welsh accent usually either live very close to the border or in towns and villages with a very high percentage of English people. (It is far from uncommon to find villages and small towns where well over half the population was born in England, even as far west as Anglesey, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire).

It is a lot harder to tell the different accents within younger English versus older. It has become a wider diluted middle class where many go to university compared to their parents who went straight to work in their local area.

Irish, probably. It's very singsongy, super attractive on women. Welsh is similar. Scottish is different but also quite nice. I've heard the English accent all my life so it's boring as fuck as far as I'm concerned.

Irish, save for some extreme cases like this one when it's unitelligible and so bizarre. This is incredible.
