Southern Italians more to Greeks, Northern Italians more to the French, and neither look that much like Spaniards, though of course there is some overlap.

i my opinion people from Abruzzo and Molise are closest to mainland greeks, types from Calabria and Sicily can pass in the Greek islands.

while people from Liguria are closest to Spaniards in general but to make distinction between north and south spain would be difficult because to my eye Spanish people look very unmistakenbly spanish.
