But main thing is all those values are too big. If they would show proper few cM max, nobody would complain. But they must amuse people with extreamly high IBD matches.

Generally true but in specific MTA case their statistics is based on false assumptions (too low initial treshold caused too high IBD values).

And I wrote also about statistical noise. Some ones believe, even researchers, that the IBD noise level is fixed, around 1-2 cM or something near it. But it is not true. IBD noise depends on the population, the effective population size. In big populations the noise level can be very low, but for example Saamis' IBD noise is around 3-4 cM. Then those centromere fixations make sure exceptions. And some commercial testers delete chromosomal areas to avoid unwanted results following purely their false historical ideas.
