Who do you consider to be german?

I’m patrilineally German, but only about less than 10% autosomally . 90% of my ancestors came from the British Isles, but I am a Southerner and I indentify as one. My people except for one Irishman who came over after the Famine, have been here since the 1600’s and 1700’s. I am a Germanophile and I often feel that “Meine Seele ist Deutsch”, but I don’t feel that I am a German even though people say that I have a distinct South German look.

Most Scottish are pretty tall. Much taller than the Irish at least.
