What to do if you stop seeing someone you like

There was a black girl who worked at a place I go to often and I have not seen her in a long time. I wanted to go talk to her one of these days, but im afraid she quit the job and i wont see her again. At least if I see her again I have something to start a conversation about.

Make sure she didn't change her schedule, she might have a different shift or working part time
so start a casual convo with some of the employees there and be slick, mention "hey, what ever happened to that X girl? I have not seen her around, she was very helpful and a hard worker"
something like that so you wont sound like a creep, since you mentioned you go there often, they will not suspect anything
