The ones from Bergamo are more dinaridoid-like as a whole whereas the ones from Braga are more Atlanto-Mediterranid/Atlantid influenced. I don't see any significant difference as to which is more or less northern-shifted, both are predominantly Mediterranid variations in phenotype anyway.

Anyway, the second to last Italian councillor, Sergio Gandi, has a Tuscan surname. Not a North Italian.

Her eyes are light hazel/green anyway, she was likely blonde as a child. Even if fake (not sure), the "blonde" (actually light brown) suits her well because of her overall facial features.

None of them is particularly Northern shifted...... Comparing the two councils, Bergamo is a bit lighter but not by that much.
