Does anyone have experience with yoga?

I cannot change my worldview or political stance, but I can do yoga. they say it's relaxing, so I want to try it.

Suggestions are welcome..

Yes, I've gained a few certificates in Iyengar Yoga. It's very enjoyable, relaxing, therapeutic for the mind and body, it doesn't cause any injuries (unlike gym and aerobic sessions,) and it's addictive. It's good to flex your joints before and after long hours of walking. You need a good yoga mat and a good teacher. I had an elderly female teacher once from Austria, and she was very strict and bossy and she pushed her students to feel some pain.... so I often felt nervous in her classes, but the other teachers I've had were good.

Pilate classes, balletcise, and chantraine expressive dance classes and workshops are also enjoyable too.

idk if this counts but one time my mum said she saw a Chinese man with a placard on the street spreading awareness of how practicers of a type of Yoga in China were brutalized by police and had their organs harvested
