ñam ñam, me puse morado a empanada de pulpo (carísima), empanada de bacalao con pasas, empanada de berberechos, pulpo con patatas, tortilla de gambas, paella de marisco (exquisita, en Santiago, y también carísima), calamares fritos (ñamñamñam).

It's gotta be Italian and Greek. Followed by Balkan cuisine. Never had Spanish or French cuisine but I hear a lot of mixed reviews there.
