Honestly, discussions to find out who's best are fun, and good entertainment, but they also seem lame or deceptive. I first realized that, because of discussions that rated military generals, but I suppose that a case can be made for rating such things, including national cuisines. A case can be made that Italian Fettuccine Pasta is superior to Swedish Meatballs.

Maybe the healthier national cuisines, more kind to the body, maybe those can be seen as the better ones.

Italian, hands down! There are a lot of good cuisines in other European countries, but Italy has the best food overall.
