If there's one thing I like about being romanian and that makes me proud is Romanian cuisine, since it's a mix of russian, german, balkan, greek, turkish, etc cuisine the flavours are so diverse lol so romanian for me.

I've never had authentic Romanian cuisine! Unfortunately we don't have much Romanian influence where I am at.

This is all about personal preference but I'm curious as to which European cuisine you think is the best?

Personally I really like a lot of the food from my Hungarian heritage.

I also like Grilled Meats / Balkan Mezze from Balkans...Slavic and Greek.

I like Spanish food , preferably anything spicy.

I like Italian food, authentic Italian Pizza and regional foods.

I like Germanic foods have tried them in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Netherlands ...only dissapointing meals were traditional dutch food.

I have heard French food is good but havn't tried much.

Only food from Sweden I have had is Swedish Meatballs.

PS: I like Armenian, Turkish,Persian and Lebanese food too.

Native Americans introduced things that we use in cuisine. An obvious one is maize (corn). Just take a look at Latin American Cuisine, and I'm sure you'll find Native American contributions.

I live in Houston, in the US.
We have a lot of diversity but not a big Romanian population.
I've had Bosnian food, is it similar at all?
