Which European cuisine is the best?

And Latin food happens to be my favorite.

Probably true, furtherst North I was in Europe was the Netherlands , and their traditional food at least what I tried was crap compared to food I had in the rest of Europe.
with the exception of their Dutch fries with sauces they are more like a streetfood ...

Yes, I know they introduced Maize to the European settlers long ago, but I'm talking about cuisine or dishes that are culturally specific to Native Americans. After all, there were was a wide variation in tribes and locations. I suppose we could consider the tamale dishes and rice/chicken cuisine in Central/South America to be Native American. Many Latin Americans have mostly indigenous ancestry (Inca/Mayan) rather than Spanish.

I have no idea, I have never tried Bosnian food, I think the closest would be Russian and Greek food?

Some time ago, I did many weekend mountain retreats with a men's group, usually as a chef in a staff group of "Men Of Service" (MOS). On one occasion, a Hispanic Chef taught me how to make cuisine embellished by banana leaves.
