I have hooded eyelids too. Makes putting on eyemakeup hard. I always thought it was weird I had it. I did think it seemed like an Asian trait and I have no Asian heritage.

Some celebs who have it are Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively, Emma Stone, and Camille Belle.

I wouldn’t have surgery to remove it though, if it were me. I think if you are older and it’s affecting your vision it wouldn’t be a bad idea (my great grandmother had it done in her 80’s). I think you look fine with it and it seems to give an interesting look, as it does those other women I mentioned.

In the photos you posted, you seem to have a full epicanthic fold (in the sense that the supratarsal crease covers the inner corner of the eye), but I don't know if you would only appear to have a partial epicanthic fold at a different angle. Depending on the angle, it's even common for people to look like they have a full epicanthic fold in one eye and a partial epicanthic fold in the other eye:

I think your eyes don't look "droopy" because of the epicanthic fold but because you have upper eyelid ptosis:

A middle upper eyelid fold caused by upper eyelid ptosis is more common in males than in females. However I actually think that in both males and females, people who have a middle upper eyelid fold look more attractive on average than people who don't have it:

I don't think you should do plastic surgery, because in 5 years the Chinese will take over the world, and everyone will be jealous of your superior chink eyes.

Another NW European who clearly has complete inner epicanthic folds is Bindi Irwin, Steve Irwin's daughter:

I have the same feature and it’s good cause it prevents my eyes from looking too large, which they otherwise would.

the problem with those is if they fold over your entire eye so you cant see anything
