The ancient Maya and other groups in Latin America worshipped the devil, and their spiritual ceremonies were/are very demonic. Latin America was saved by the arrival of the Gospel through the Spaniard invasions.. this is a fact. That culture was totally evil and corrupt, you just have to watch the movie Apocalypto to realise that. And it's realistic... plenty of mass graves have been found where scores of people have been sacrificed to those demons.. even (especially) children. Chopping their heads off and taking their hearts out.

Ha, we didn't worship the devil but okay... and Apocalypto is fiction, I don't need Hollywood to teach me Mayan history. Catholicism didn't save "Latin America" btw, it brought a dark age to it.

The Catholic rule in the Americas was a cruel, corrupt, and greedy era, with perverted male priest who forcefully converted people.

Good thing it's on the decline now.

Some of the old local gods are still worshiped in Central America too, in Guatemala. One day it may spread south to Costa Rica.

Your country has around 20-40% of ethnic natives and is 80-90% christian (between catholics and non-catholic christians). My country only have 2% and is 77% christian. Their is no way. Non-catholic christians and agnostism and atheism will rise first and they would push away your gods. Also, your gods are different to the gods of the natives of my country.

The gods of the Native American culture are extinct and have no chance to resurge as a religion.

They're still around in some Native cultures, I know in Guatemala there are pre-christian gods/deities who are still worshiped and receive offerings, like animal blood and flowers. I don't know about other Latin America nations but Indigenous spirituality is somewhat making a comeback in Guatemala. But in many Latino countries they are probably completely extinct though.
