She looks black to me. I don't see a whole lot of Euro component, although she obviously has some because of the hair. The facial structure and whatnot are African influenced.

She's probably about 60%+ SSA with 20-30% Euro range and a little Native for good measure (she probably has some due because of her PR ancestry)

Here she would be called morena or mulata. Fully blacks, phenotypically speaking, look diferent from her.
