Default How Intel wants to backdoor every computer in the world | Intel Management Engine explained

Intel embeds Management Engine into all of its computers since 2008. Intel Management Engine has been criticized for its security risks and has been called a backdoor with rootkit possibilities by many security experts and researchers. If you like to protect yourself on the web and want to support my channel, sign up for NordVPN at https://nordvpn.org/thehatedone or use my coupon code 'thehatedone' at the checkout to save 75% on the 3-year plan! This is Intel Management Engine. A subsystem microprocessor that’s operating inside every Intel CPU platform made from 2008 onward. Despite its name and some basic functions, we don’t know anything about what Intel Management really does. What we do know is that this microcontroller works completely independently from the main CPU. It can’t be manually removed or disabled. Even if the main computer is powered off, as long as it is plugged in to the mains or the battery, IME will continue to run. Intel Management Engine is a computer within a computer. It is running it’s own operating system, called Minix, and is installed by default on every modern computer with an Intel CPU. This probably makes Minix the most widely used operating system in the world. But unlike Windows, Mac OS or Linux, Minix is completely outside of user control. It cannot be scanned by an antivirus or malware detection software. It can bypass any firewall configuration and has a dedicated network connection that can circumvent the main CPU and the main operating system. recently I bought a laptop, but thanks god I read article about Spectre and Meltdown
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meltdo...vulnerability)
The vulnerability does not affect AMD microprocessors.[20][57][58][59
so I have AMD Ryzen 5 processor on my computer

AMD Ryzen all the way. Best bang for buck, it's not even funny.

A complete guide to disabling Intel's 'computer within a computer', the Intel Management Engine. Easier than most people think, all you need is a Raspberry Pi and a breadboard. If you are using a motherboard with a non-removable BIOS, pick up an adapter: Search "soic clip" on alibaba, and grab an 8 pin variety (or whatever your bios chip is). Link to github repository for me_cleaner : https://github.com/corna/me_cleaner If your computer doesn't start, restore the original firmware by running: ./flashrom -p linux_spi=/dev/spidev0.0,spispeed=10000 -c CHIP MODEL -w original_dump.bin

AMD, unlike Intel, has not yet completely insolent and still uses high-quality solder as a thermal interface, and not those snot under the lid for a couple of cents, like Intel (although Intel is more expensive). These snot have a feature of drying out pretty quickly, which leads to overheating and throttling of the processor even under a small load.
But AMD is not sinless - starting with Zen architecture, they use a backdoor similar to Intel Me - AMD Platform Security Processor (PSP).
