I think Im 18-20 so i would call myself dark but still in olive and approaching the brown type on the fitzpatrick scale

I am skin II, with light auburn hair and greenish - blue eyes. I am pretty light - skinned.
This is my country ( Belgium) average:

Type 1 = 13.2%
Type 2 = 20.7%
Type 3 = 37.7%
Type 4 = 28.3%

Is that a type III pigmentation? I can tan but i still can burn a lot.
