I’m not a feminist, but I’ll bite on this question anyway.

I like Islam because it's close to the original religion of Israel. Also, because the Lost Tribes of Israel are 1.) now in Muslim lands, and are 2.) a numerous nation (as per Isaiah). The only numerous nation in Muslim lands are Muslims, therefore the Lost Tribes of Israel are Muslims today. I am pro-reunification of the 12 tribes, not a Judah-centrist, and I am unconditional in support of this reunification because Tanakh prophecies say they will reunite, necessarily, to face Gog-Magog in battle. And on a more emotional note, I want my brothers and sisters back. I don’t care what injury they’ve caused us, I am sorry for what injury we’ve caused them, and If they follow another (similar) halacha/sharia, or if they dress differently, it doesn’t matter. No opinion matters when it comes to the fulfillment of prophecy.

Before Jacob/Israel crossed the river back into Holy Land, he made his wives and servants remove amulets and jewels and other superstitious pagan stuff, and made them get rid of all their terafim (idols of protection). Also, Moses hadn’t circumcised his son in deference to the customs of his father-in-law, and on the way back to Egypt to free the Israelites, their caravan was accosted by an angel who would not let them pass until his son was circumcised. So there was tolerance for those struggling against unholy society away from Holy Lands, and these acts of cleansing during a holy excursion or journeying back to Holy Land were practiced even by prophets. Most of us today struggle endlessly against unholy exposure – Muslims and Jews alike. There should be more tolerance for each other, more forgiveness. Don’t we want to be forgiven? Jews and Muslims are both staunch monotheists with very similar laws, so there is no reason why we cannot respect, protect, and live amongst each other. We follow the same Lord, the one and only Lord: Allah/Ellah/Eloah/Elohim.

As for your original question, there's a huge difference between the belief and the believers. If you are asking "why feminists like Muslim men", this is one topic -- asking "why feminists like Islam" is another topic entirely. Equating Muslims with Islam is self-defeating, because there are too many secular cultural practices embedded within Muslim religious practice, which hurts the profile of Muslims.
