So a person, some professional athlete, felt they were underpaid and this shit went on and on for about 15 years. After 15 years (now), they said "I'm blowing a lid off of this motha" so they did, got their raise, and also felt that this "lid" should be removed altogether because in their view, as nigga understands it, everyone with the same set of organs or melanocyte content or whatever as them should not face the same obstacles ever. Because . . . ? And, they cited "wage gap" as the reason for their inability to ask for a raise for all the years of hard work they did to have their successful career.

Now, true, most female niggas let others crap on they heads like we in a German porno or something but their approach tends to be either

"Aw shucks, I know it's bad for me now but things WILL get better on their own because Good Guys always win and I just need to believe or pray hard enough the boss starts appreciating me for what I do for the company on their own :)"

Or

"I'll report you to the media, the governor, AND El Presidente Tromp :)"

But this is mostly a boomer female attitude (25-99 year old generation) as every female nigga nowadays understands that "if the thing you should gain is worth fighting for, you will fight for it even if you had to lose everything."

But you know this shit ain't limited to one gender because as you know the other camp that fails to do anything about their underpaid crappy-ass shit-job is called "beta males" by the internet.
