It's not immature. It's their personal choice. I have a kid and that makes me a single dad but I would never want to date a single mom(been there, done that. No thanks) or get married to one. There's women out there that wouldn't want to be with me because I have a kid. So what. Their choice. I don't give a fuck. I'd rather focus on myself and my child first before I focus on someone else and someone else's kid/kids and forget the "but if you love them" part. It really dosn't exist. Most people just don't want to be alone for the rest of their lives so they'll be with anyone. Not me, I'm content.

Well... when you say it that way makes sense. But I would be sad if I say, I like someone and they don't accept me because I have a kid. That would feel awful.

That would be something difficult to do. If I dont have children of my own that I didnt raise, then I wouldnt even know how to go about raising kids that arent mine. That parental attachment needs to be there the first time you start raising kids.

Well you shouldn't care. Live your own life and if people don't accpet you or your way of life then tell them to fuck off or just brush it off. Try to grow thick skin. There's more important things in life than being in a relationship because you like someone or for not wanting to be alone.
