It's all about Greek and Turkish relations as far as Western Balkan goes both being successor people of Eastern Roman Empire fighting over religious differences.
If they ever come to any agreement they will translate that agreement to Western Balkans. I expect more from them than from Western Balkan people who have never been good politicians.
I don't expect anything from Russia or USA, they are completely disconnected from us.

"Trajan was born in the city of Italica (close to modern Sevilla), an Italic settlement in the province of Hispania Baetica. Although misleadingly designated by some later writers as a provincial, his family came from Umbria and he was born a Roman citizen".

Not very likely for Greece and Turkey to get agreement.
That is not my map but American's predictions, they would probably establish theirself in "New Catholic Europe" part, Orthodox part would be left to Russia and "Old Europe" would become melting pot with migrants.
Anyway, Yugoslavia had been cut very nice. Only real issue of Balkan for them.
