Maltese language is a Semetic language with Romance influences. If we are talking about Indo-European languages then Spanish and Portugues have some Arab influences due to the Moorish conquest.

As for the ones listed, the influence is limited to loanwords, mainly for objects, architecture or agriculture. Out of those, it's probably Spanish (Castilian) since the Moors were there until 1492 (Emirate of Granada) whereas Portugal finished reconquering its land from the Moors two centuries earlier.

It's a fact, not a matter of opinion.

Between the 9th century and up to 1249[3] when the Arabs were expelled from the Algarve, Portuguese acquired hundreds of words (between 400 and 600 estimate[4]) from Arabic by influence of Moorish Iberia.

It is estimated that there are over two thousand Arabic loanwords and three thousand derivatives in the Spanish dictionary, making it 8% of the Spanish language.

And it makes sense that Castilian has more Arabic-derived words since as I said previously the Moors were out of Portuguese territory in 1249 whereas they remained in Spain until 1492 (Emirate of Granada).
