These are videos of a Cuban asking questions to random Cubans, according to a study the people in Habana are 75% European which I believe is bullshit, they most likely got samples from universities which from the university of Cuba in Habana, they actually look like the average is 75% European






Habana looks over 50% SSA and more around 60% SSA with pockets of pred euro Cubans and criollos



there is a big difference when you compare them to Puerto Ricans who are said to be around 65-71% European, huge as difference

I agree with you that european genetic contribution is overrated in Cuba, but on the other hand La Habana is the Cuban Detroit and it is blackest city in Cuba with Santiago de Cuba and Guantanamo, The rest of Cuban cities are whiter.

Most puerto rican studies and gedmatch puerto ricans have a relatively high amerindian for a caribbean country. Around 15% amerindian. The La Habana sample i posted above is only 4.5% amerindian and 28% SSA. SO even when La Habana and PR are similarly euro, La habana is more SSA.

Cuba is a dictatorship and you cant find many good videos about Cuba in Youtube, and everything is concentrated in La Habana. I think that Cuba is mostly mulatoid everywhere but isnt as black as La Habana and you can even find schools like this in rural areas.

Dont forget that SSA shows a lot and latinos look much more SSA than they really are. Majority of the kids in the video you posted have low SSA. The kids who look "kind of spanish" to you probably have insignificant SSA

The study i posted has Habana as 28% SSA .Thats a very high SSA, if we were talking about an individual, he would look "black" IMO

I dont deny that black phenotype is prevalent when you mixture white and black, but I dont think that Cuba is more european than Puerto Rico and some mestizo countries like Chile or Paraguay.
