Good news I guess. The football world is a cancer indeed. Hopefully Rui Pinto’s case and its - yet to happen - outcome will help sorting that out and the country might climb from 12th to the top 10.

This is one of the reasons many Brazilians decide to live in Portugal, because the country is safe.
But I tought Japan was safer than Portugal, Nihon is 98% ethnically Japanese (a very civilized people with great manners) and I don't think the foreign minorities there are as problematic as the ones you find in Portugal and other Euro countries.

Brazilians are very much themselves among the "problematic minorities" in Portugal.

Brazil is violent because of the degenerate conditions in which the country was formed (slavery, brutality, rapings, mass killings etc). If it was only an ethnic Portuguese enclave it would be one of the world's most civilized countries, like Portugal is today. Portuguese people are the opposite of stereotypical Southern Europeans in that regard: they are polite, shy, introverted, thoughtful and melancholic.

Brazilians inherited their obnoxious monkey-like behaviour from other sources which I'm not certain yet. Hispanics inherited it from Spaniards.

Seems about right, though NZ has been heavily censoring footage of that Mosque shooting and has banned Liveleak as a whole

Yeah, having visited both Portugal and Spain the difference in general behaviour and noise levels between them is quite striking.

Spain is as safe or even safer than Portugal. It's one of the safest countries un the world and most of the crime is comitted by latinoamericans, moors or gypsies.

Brazil is antes unsafe country because it's filled with blacks and pardos. Blacks are very violent people everywhere, it's something just demostrated. Also the italians apported it's connatural corruption and mafiosic leaning in many ways yo te brazilian melting pot.

Most Latín American countries colonized by Spain are safer than Brazil except those with black admixture (Venezuela, Honduras)
