Do turks looks more southern european than mena ?

"MENA" looking Turks are mostly Anatolid which is a mixture of Dinaro-Med and Armenoid, it explains a lot for a knowledgeable person in these topics. Lol at Lebanese btw, Kurds have more Southern European appearance than them let alone Turks.

I agree, Turks have different looks from Southern Euros.

They generally look 1/3 "Med Europea " and 2/3 MENA which is not surprising as 99% of Turkey is in MENA and their Y Dna is J which as also a MENA dna.

Well I would say definitelly MENA, I have seen many Turks in my local city and when I was tourist.
But in TA and soap opera there are posted only white looking Turks, what is kinda funny. I aint saying there arent enough Turks with such a look, but in general MENA is much stronger, especially in central/south or eastern Turkey. Places like Izmir or Istambul or some cities on north can have white looking population.

Turks's phenotypes can vary a lot. Some of them can hold some turanid traits; other show mediterranean/armenoid/balkan traits. I guess - with my minimun knowledge about this topic - that doesn't exist an unique or typical phenotype to represent them. Turks on TA can explain it better than everybody.
