Is Russian ancestry visible in my genetics?

I score Baltic 3% and Viking Rus 0.6% (look at my signature) I dont count the slavic because slavic could also be serbian and I have serbian ancestry as well. From genealogy I am 7% russian that translates to a great great grandfather who was a cossack and his name was Michael Kachanov. My mum saw his picture long ago (my grandmother had one) and she said he was "plav" in serbian that means blonde or fair.

I'm no genetics expert, but I would say definitely. I read once that you've practically a 100% chance of inheriting DNA from your ancestors up to around the 4x great-grandparent. You surely get some from a 2x. Where exactly it is, is a tougher question, which I can't answer.

My answer would be no. 6% is nothing, especially if it's not an entirely different race. If I was 1/16 Serbian or even Gypsy, that would be barely seen on DNA tests.
