    I'm surprised about the higher than average continental African admixture in the German-looking samples. Any theories for why this is? Also I thought they all plotted closest to Spaniards in the original study; does this mean GEDmatch just sucks or the researcher's methods suck?

    By the way, according to the order established by the pontiffs, the Crusaders, if they created families with local women, they were allowed to marry only Armenian women. And during the existence of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, most of the Queens of the Kingdom were women of Armenian origin.

    not really though genetics doesn't seem to say that.
