Morrowind is very hard, while Oblivion and Skyrim are surely easier to play.

In Morrowind you have no compass to indicate the quest objectives, it's an old-style RPG game, made for old-style RPG players, you have to deduce where your objectives are located just reading the quest log. Moreover the combat system is clunky.

Of the games of this series I prefere Skyrim. I occasionally replay it, and it's always a good experience.

Last time I broke the left mouse key, and I had to replace my mouse; damned archer character!

Perhaps next time I will try with joypad.

Much more immersive.
As my character served the House Hlaalu, I made sure that, when I ended up getting that house near Balmora, that I kept a handy supply of books. I wanted to understand the mythology that was ingrained in it so I began to read every single book out there when I was in a bookstore or a library - used to hang out in the Ashland regions a lot as well. I loved that game !

I remember taking a ton of notes back in the day (I had a whole notebook full of them). And you needed to do that because otherwise you'd never find your objective.

Now that's what you call making the most out of the game! I was always a Telvanni man myself - I liked the ridiculously overpowered magical artifacts you got as rewards, and the Telvanni councillors often had very interesting personalities. Although I suppose there probably wasn't a single NPC more interesting in that game than Crassius Curio. Damn, this is making me want to reinstall again.

Curio was a very interesting character ! I always wondered why they never improved on the series by further working on the story.

Magic The Gathering: Arena only nowadays. I can enjoy a simulation game too, though, like Prison Architect.

The Witcher Series, Uncharted Series, Mass Effect Series, God of War Series, The Last of Us. I prefer very story driven games.

The Mass Effect Trilogy is a masterpiece, one of the best series of all times, you are the protagonist and the writer of the plot, which changes according to your choices during the game.
