There were reparations, but the Greek side was asking for more since the 1960's. Greece definitely got a smaller share than other states and Germany was paying Poland and Yugoslavia a few decades ago in spite of dealing with a "closed issue", thus some people keep hoping, but the most eloquent supporters of the claims have left the government since 2015.
