It's the marker of the Indo European Caucasian line right across Europe it is highest in the Balkans, second highest in the Caucasian part of the Near East like Armenia for example and then right the way across Western North and East Europe

They are all Italian looking. I do not really look like them to be honest. My maternal grandfather was German and he looked it.
