I'm down for any country that isn't insanely dangerous, I've already been to parts of Nepal which are regarded level 3 'reconsider your need to travel' dangerous, according to my government. I did feel the need to be on guard and was a bit uncomfortable with all the check points, so I'd prefer to stay out of places in the orange and red.
