Would a ~5'3" girl be ok with dating a ~6'5" man?

Every girl will prefer a guy taller than her but it's not impossible. One thing I've heard from tall girls is that shorter guys act intimidated around them and that turns them off.

I’m 5’3” myself and my SO is 6’3”. It personally doesn’t bother me but other people have commented which I have found annoying. Some people it might bother. Some people might like it. Just depends on the person, I’d say.
