Default New Calculators (k71 & k54) by Tolan at Anthrogenica

The creator of Eurogenes K36 similarity map now with another great tool.
    These calculators are DIY.
This one is a big step forward, easily the best and most accurate map I have ever received.
Plus, a chromosomal map for which I didn't paid nothing!

Similarity map and placement on the map:

There are good because based on my K36 spreadsheet, although old, lacking many references (from June 2017 I think). But for such simple mapping it is enough.

Tolan recently added info about it and he has my permission...

That's very kind of you Lukasz!

Your report based on K36 was very good as well.

It's interesting that this one, K71, gives me most similarity to Peloponnesus, as did 23andMe!
Plus, this map places me very close to the place in Macedonia I come from.
Your map was also very good, just a bit more Eastern than this one!

Maybe it is resultant of more references in your case and randomly those used in K54 are more similar to you. But for most people it is better condition to have them more...

But technically it isn't the same as my average results map for K36, which I created for you. Here you have placements for chromo separately. If I make for you chromo maps we could see the difference. But not now.
In my Chromosomal Analysis you have PCA not map. So also there is difference and not very comparable things.

I've done those two calculators via Admixture Studio. How'd you get the cool maps though?

You should post your bychr and genomewide files, which were created in the calculators existing directory, in the original thread at Anthrogenica.
Than you can view your maps!

    In K71 i'm a fish.

European map is shockingly accurate. My all ancestry i have traced comes from the points 2,4,1 and 12.

    qpAdm: Bulgarian_1.DG= 77 - Kimak.SG= 23, p= 0.36, se= 0.31.
    Y: Q-L330 > Q-YP771 > Q-BZ180 > Q-F16045* (F15008*) --> Baikal N, Altai MLBA, Aldy-Bel, Pazyryk, Hun.
MT: K1a --> Iron Gates, Starcevo, Bulgaria N, Bulgaria CA, Bulgaria BA.

Yes, that's because you have some Asian DNA which pulls you further East.
The European map is actually the chromosomal map, and placement on the map for every chromosome of yours.
Looks pretty interesting I must say and gives a good visualisation of your ancestry overall.

For example, my chromosomal map looks pretty Western Balkan and that might explain my Dinaric strains which are not heavily present in the Eastern Balkans.

I can't remember which was it but in another mapping tool i got the same point with the K71 before. Seems algorithm having problems about East Eurasian admixture. On the other hand, this chromosome map is probably one of the most accurate dna tools i have ever seen. For myself, at least.

I have two other raw data of my friends, i'm going to run them too. I can post here when Tolan add them to the map.
