Costa Ricans of course. Puerto Rico could be the most amerindian influenced of the hispanic Caribbean BUT Costa Rica has a strong amerindian component(something like 33-37%).

    Phenotype:
If we put costa ricans and puerto ricans in the browser the results will be the next(take in a account that Puerto Ricans are like 10% more european):

    Genotype:

Cultural we have many recipe with corn like tamales, tortillas palmeadas(those that aren´t maked in factories),tamal asado, empanadas...

    Totally agree.
PR genetically is around 12 to 15% native, not more.
And despite I've never gone there I guess that culturally is quite less amerindian than CR but probably more african influenced.

Costa Ricans of course. Puerto Ricans are mostly a White-Black mix with some residual Taino.

Costa Ricans have much greater Amerindian influence than Puerto Rico, have greater Mesoamerican influence. Certainly it has a certain miscegenation with Spaniards, but in Puerto Rico that miscegenation was much higher, besides that in Puerto Rico there was also a miscegenation with Africans.

Tortillas exist before México as a nation exist in all Mesoamerica. And nobody knows the origin of the tamales. This are facts.

    Costa Rica obviously.

But if the questions goes by the way "Who´s whiter?", then, black admixture of Puerto Rico dilutes worst and is more harmfull in any sense.

Are very likely the same in "whiteness", but Puerto Rico has a high number of pure-quasi pure whites too.
