It goes perfect so far. I feel fitter than ever. the only thing I miss is alcohol. cigar is tastier with cognac or whiskey. coffee is not so bad but is not the ideal replacement for whiskey or cognac.

I tried alcohol-free beer for the first time today (leffe). it was a bit too sweet. I drank 5 bottles of it, but it feels like I didn't drink anything.

I have not been drinking soft drinks(coke/fanta/redbull) and alcohol for a week. the most notable difference is that pooping is easier. I don't need more than 15-20 seconds and a big piece is coming out. previously it took a few minutes, sometimes even 4-5 minutes.
those who have bowel problems know what to do..
