Simăo doesn't seem to be fully portuguese either by looking at his father:

I don't know how the parents of the rest look like, but Custódio might be the only dark indigenous type out of those examples to my eyes. As for Sereno, if he is a borderline european, he is on the border with what exactly?

The first three aren't at all Euro phenotypes (at least not in their 'purer' forms).

Armenoid and the types with signifigant mongoloid admixture. The rest on the list, Baltid, East Med, etc can be found in Europe relatively easily.

But does that necessarily mean they look European in an unequivocal and conventional sense?

Pretty unequivocal, besides those chinky east baltid types. West Baltid/Baltid was caused by borealization and east med could easily be found among ancient neolithic populations in europe, Im sure it was a prevelant type amongst ancient greeks as well.

    yeah LOL

I thought you were asking which non european phenotypes are closest to european ones. The first three belong to Orientalid spectrum I guess.

No, the question is which phenotypes often found in Europe don't actually look very European?

Yes and no. It appears often enough in some parts of Southern Europe to be considered native.
