    There are actually two... sorry.

    Salmon fish soup (added salmon produced 3 different ways) and potatoes needs to be Puikula grade. And lots of cream used.



    Mushroom soup. Mushrooms brain mushrooms which are pretty tricky to handel before humans can eat them ... but the soup is perfect. And lots of cream used .. of course .

    PS: Finland's dark rye bread (sour bread type) suits very well with those soup.
