It's written in July 1596 by Serbs from Western Bosnia to Austrians, it's the proposal for common action against Ottomans. Modern Serbs can easy read and understand text.

A sad i, vaša milost, molimo, takajše dva kneza, saki po grad, koji to dugovanije spravljamo. Ne išćemo od vas punih zemalj nego od sedamdeset pustih gradov, koji su pusti među Unu i Kupu, i od njih ne išćemo velikih nego malih eda bi Bog dao, da Uni oslobodimo i dalje, jere morate ako hoćete s Bogom jedinim i sa vašim trudom i našim. Those were people who weren't happy when my distant cousin Hasan paša instituted new religion in Bihać and surroundings.

I respect their efforts, but Krajna became muslim territory and it is as such even today.

In 3rd century A.D. Vlach ruler from Dalmatia consulted the Divine Oracles of "god" Apollo, priest told him that "god" refuse to speak
because of those Jewish Newcomers who worship "Jesus" and Emperor decided to start a massive prosecution of Christians that
in the end resulted in over 20.000+ dead civilians in a few months just to satisfy Pagan Gods.

Only after Edict of Milan, Christians were permitted to worship Jesus.

So you see... Religions change... some completely die, new ones come.... nothing new.
