What are your thoughts on older women dating younger men?

The funny thing is that many women would call you machism for saying that, but at the same time they contradict each other because most young women prefer to go out with older men thant young men.

Women generally like assertiveness and good resources. Even when they are young. And most men in late teens and early 20's lack that. Primarily the latter but then again it also has huge influences on the former. Thus, some 19 years old dating a 25 years old woman seems almost unlikely.

And I'm not even taking into account the proliferation of broken families since boomers. Lots of women (and men) also have inherent daddy issues, but that's another topic.

I think these kind of relationships can be more balanced and work better in traditional societies than liberalized modern ones.

On a more personal perspective I didn't mind dating people older than me in my teens or early 20's. Now in my late 20's I normally aim for younger girls.

A lot of the older girls (30+) that are available are single moms with relatively older kids. Not a good situation to be into for most men.

My mom is around 10 years older than my dad. They got engaged a couple months after meeting each other and have been married more than 20 years now.

I personally want my wife to be 10 years younger than me. Number one reason being I am a single child so it will be best if I have a young wife to help me they care of my mother as her parents will still be younger (most likely my mom will die earlier). And of course, I will offer my full support when my future wife's parents are older. I don't believe in putting old parents in a care center to spend their last years. They should be close by and get the help they need from their children and grandchildren. Another reason is, of course, my baby mama will look significantly younger than me, which is great considering women age worse than men. So, I'd better wait until my 28th to 30th birthday to marry.

People arnt all the same i wouldnt judge people on age, younger men/older women, younger women /older men, if they are happy together then good for them
