Hi, there! I would say brown hair with light highlights. Usually, brown hair often has highlights that can vary from blond, golden or copper.
Judging by this pic, your hair has light highlights, even though it does not matter where it was taken (inside or outside), it will always show that specific light shade anyway, especially in the summertime.
