She's absolutely lovely! She's adorable, the warm smile of an Irish woman with the gaze of an Icelander, her mother must've looked deadly, I know the father didn't fall in love with the cuisine.She is actually a famous chef in Ireland so I'm sure she knows those dishes.
I reckon she has to know more than her fair share, Icelandic eats are a rather acquired taste, my mother already had a taste for smoked herring(more of a thing in Denmark) and salted cod, most would probably feel sick at the thought of eating salted cod over buttered rye bread with an obligatory glass of milk
