I always thought that in the new world it was quite common for many people of British Isles ancestry to have some admixture between English / Irish etc.
For example as far as I know my Mother's background is approxiamatly 60% English , 30% Irish and 10% Scottish.

It's just a thread title, I'm not trying to make a statement. Euromutt isn't as funny.

Obviously there are different levels of mongrelisation, and that is a very low level, but it's still interesting to me anyway.

For me its very interesting to see autosomal results for Europeans that are 50/50 admixed but for example I dont think a person who is half English/Irish would have significatly different results to a full English or Irish.
Compared to someone like myself who is half NW European and half Central East European.
